Daily National Grain Market Summary

  Compared to yesterday, cash bids for corn, wheat, soybeans, and sorghum
were lower.  March Chicago wheat and Minneapolis wheat were pressured today
as some private firms are estimating a higher than expected Canadian wheat
crop. Some estimating a 2.9 mmt increase from 27.1 mmt to 30.0 mmt, 3 mmt
higher than the USDA’s estimation of 27 mmt. Ethanol production for week
ending December 1st hit another record high 1.1 million barrels per day,
42,000 more than the week prior.  Corn was mostly 1 cent lower.  Sorghum was
3/4 to 1 cent lower.  Soybeans were mostly 5 3/4 cents lower.  Wheat was
Mostly 5 to 8 cents lower.
